Exercise zaps stress

While everyone knows exercise promotes a healthy heart, researchers are constantly learning more about how it minimizes stress. Prevention: The first pathway a guide to good foot care.

Proper care of your feet can help prevent problems down the road (pay a little now or pay a LOT later).
